Close to bike trails, the YMCA is not far, River Valley is about a 15 - 20 minute bike ride

There are no current tenants at the moment

Please clean after yourself, do not let your roommates clean after you. A clean home is a happy home.

Rent can be a month-to-month, up to 1-year lease and open to renewal.

There is no smoking in the house

The extra rooms in the basement are not extra bedrooms. Please use them for storage in an art room or an office. I do not plan to furnish the basement

Be respectful toward your roommate’s space and boundaries.

The sidewalk is shovelled by maintenance, Feel free to change the backyard it is small but open.

The landlord will come by once the snow melts in spring to clean up. Also will mow the lawn once a month during the summer depending on how much rain we get.

A renovation will probably happen in the basement in a year. The floor is going to be repainted
