Conveniently located between Queen St and Roncesvalles Ave.

The apartment has a large living room (which we are in the process of furnishing), a massive kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, and tons of counter space!

Bedroom comes furnished with a double/full size mattress and the bed-frame pictured. It has a good sized closet, and enough space to put a desk.

The unit has A/C, dishwasher and private laundry. There is all new flooring throughout the apartment, fully renovated bathrooms, and a large balcony.

We are looking for a clean and organized short-term roommate (one person). There is 1 friendly cat (her name is Aiko) that roams the house freely but she mostly sticks to her owners room because she’s a bit shy.

This is a smoke-free home please keep that in mind.
