Renting my room in a shared house with 3 guys! There is 1.5 bathrooms and the guys are looking for a friendly and clean person to join them. The bills usually total to around $50/$60 per month and would be max $80 in colder months.
The apartment is near the AGO and Chinatown and a 7 minute walk to St Patrick Station. The Wardrobe also comes with the room.
The housemates are one student, one software engineer and one is working in finance. All lovely and friendly guys.
