Acreage setting, carriage house above shop. Open concept, cozy, 2 bedroom, one bath, 1200 square feet. Shared laundry, kitchen, living room, balcony. Fully furnished. Not pet friendly (landlord preference) non-smoking (discreet ok on balcony), sober shared living arrangement only. Find myself having to make some adjustments as relationship ended. Likely short term 3-6 months as have not finalized longer term plans.
