Edit: alternatively to a shared arrangement, the upstairs unit can be rented independently - I maintain rental of the shop Acreage setting, carriage house above shop. Open concept, cozy, 2 bedroom, one bath, beautiful kitchen with skylights. 1200 square feet. Shared laundry, kitchen, living room, balcony. Fully furnished. Not pet friendly or child friendly (landlord preference). I am the tenant, the unit rental is $2300 total, I also rent the shop below additionally. As per the landlord (not me!) - no pets and no young children, as there is an unfenced pond right behind the home.
About the roomies
54 years young, easygoing sober man, with a place that is too big for just me. In a transitional place in life, offering the excess space I have available, room is currently partially furnished as shown.
