One room available on Yonge St to rent from March 1st. The room is available for one person (not shared). $850 per month (excluding hydro and internet).
Just a ten minute walk from Yonge & Eglinton station. This apartment is located next to multiple supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, bars and parks. A great and safe neighbourhood to live in.

We are looking for professionals ideally who can hopefully rent long term. If you are clean, organized, friendly, and quiet, then this may be the perfect room for you!
Hydro and Internet are usually around $60 a month. One month rent deposit required (returnable when you move out or assign to someone else)
