I am looking for a single roommate to take over my roommate’s bedroom (no couples - it is not the master bedroom). You will be subletting from March 1st to August 1st, with the opportunity to take over the lease (I will be moving out after August).

The room is spacious and has a large window. It comes unfurnished but the rest of the condo has furniture. You also get your own private washroom! Kitchen is shared and the unit has an ensuite washer/dryer. There is also a balcony.

Rent is $1450 and does not include internet/utilities (this is around $47 per month). Parking is available for an additional $150 a month. Cats and other small pets are allowed but no dogs!

The building is clean and has 24 hour security, a gym, a pool, a tennis court, a party room, and even a bowling alley! it is a 10 minute walk from Square One Mall and Celebration Square.

I am in my last year of grad school in accounting! When I am not drowning in work, I enjoy working out, trying new recipes, baking sweet treats (always happy to share!) and reading. I like having a roommate I can talk to and but also respect everyone’s personal space and do enjoy privacy after work! I love animals too so don’t worry if you have a cat - always happy to share space with a furry friend :)
