I’m looking for only one other person to occupy the second bedroom of this wonderful and big 2 bedroom apartment located in the upper floor of a house in the St. Clair neighbourhood of Hamilton, a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. I’m a very good roommate. This space is only meant for 2 occupants, you would have your own private room and there would only be one other person living with you (me). I’m respectful, clean, quiet, I do not smoke or drink, I have no pets and don’t plan to have any in the future. I work 6-7 days a week and I go to bed at a reasonable hour each night.
