Hi, I have a private room and bathroom + shower available in a double bedroom in centre town at minto condo.

Available January 5th 2025 (one-year lease is preferred)

The rent covers the cost of utilities as well. There is in-unit laundry and dryer as well as a dishwasher.

The building itself has a beautiful party room, huge patio for bbq and gatherings as well as a very large gym (including cycling and yoga room) and also a large pool with jacuzzi.

• $300 deposit for interested applicants (this will be reduced from the last month’s rent)
• two pieces of ID
• last and first months rent
• completion of the application
