I am looking for 2 quiet, female professionals or mature students to take over the lease as my old roommates are moving out. Looking for move in February 16th. There are 2 rooms available in a quiet and spacious apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors in a beautiful century home in the desirable Kirkendall neighbourhood.

The second floor would be our first shared space with the 1st bedroom, separate office/den space (currently being used for space for storage and litter for the cats in the house), a full bathroom, bright kitchen with updated appliances (including dishwasher), with adjacent living/dining space. There is private laundry for this unit on the stair landing coming up to the apartment. The 3rd floor would include the 2nd bedroom for rent, across from myself, and another full bathroom. There is a lovely and large front porch for outdoor space. Utilities (hydro, heat) are included. Wifi is separate. There is no shortage of street parking available. As for pets: a cat would be welcome, I do have 1 cat that is very social with other cats, though would not do well with dogs. Living room and kitchen will be partially furnished but bedrooms will be empty.

Close to Locke Street shops and restaurants, Chedoke Radial Trail, public transit at Dundurn/Aberdeen, and everything Kirkendall has to offer! Please note that the apartment is non-smoking/vaping, including on the property. This listing is not suitable for families or more than 2 people. 1 year lease required.
