20 Avenue NW

Hey guys! My roommate Taylor and I are looking for a new rommate, preferably a girl, for our cute little home in Mount Pleasant NW available Feb 1st! The house is about a 10-15 minute walk to SAIT, a short drive to downtown and about 10 minutes to U of C.

The room is the first video. There’s a shared shower between the three of us. The laundry is shared downstairs with the girl in the basement. We have a nice size backyard that’s perfect in the summer for having friends over and tanning ☀️ And we have a small corgi mix named Cinch so must be okay with pets! Rent is 900 + wifi (utilities included).

Tay and I are both in our 20’s. Taylor works from home fairly regularly and I’m a nurse so I work shift work. We have lived together for a few years now. We are tidy, pick up after ourselves and like to keep the house clean so we’d like to find someone who is also a tidy person!
