I am looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom apartment just a 15 minute walk from the UofT campus. Near Bathurst subway station – 10 min walk to Kensington market and grocery stores. Apartment are fully furnished, with a very well equipped kitchen and a small balcony. My roommate could potentially leave her Large hall closet plus additional linen closet. Lots of bathroom storage. Room is available from the beginning of January Move-in dates are flexible.

I am a 4th year student at UofT and will be graduating in fall 2026. I am outgoing and friendly, I keep the apartment clean, but I also respect personal space (yours and mine). I rarely bring people to the apartment, but I may have people stay over now and again.

Ideal incoming roommate is a female university student/exchange student.
