Bathurst Street

I am subletting my room in a 2 bedroom apartment just a 15 minute walk from campus. Near Bathurst subway station – 10 min walk to Kensington market and grocery stores. Room and apartment are fully furnished, with a very well equipped kitchen and a small balcony. Bedroom has a double bed, night stand, dresser, closet, desk and desk chair. Large hall closet plus additional linen closet. Lots of bathroom storage. Room is available from mid-January to end of April (or end of June if needed) Move-in/Move-out dates are flexible.

My current roommate is a third year female U of T student. She is friendly but also enjoys her personal time. She is very respectful of other people’s things and always asks before using. She rarely brings friends to the apartment.

Ideal incoming roommate is a female university student/exchange student.
