Looking for a roommate in a basement suite.

It is the larger of two rooms, you would have access to all the shared spaces. In the unit there is a separate TV/theatre room, so it’s a 3 room basement for roughly 850 sqft.

There is street parking available if you have a car, but can be tight and available to first come.

It will be a shared bathroom, which you will have half the cabinet space to use.

There is a laundry washer and dryer in unit. No dishwasher.

The room is $1250, which includes everything, such as wifi, lighting and heating. I don’t pay for cable, I pay for subscriptions. If you wish to use my subscriptions, we can discuss splitting the bill, or setting up your accounts seperately.

The room is available June 1, 2025.

I’m a 29 y/o woman that lives with Star (a 2.5 year old Boston Terrier) and Mocha (an 8 month old Ragdoll kitten). I work M-F 9-5, so I’m out of the house most of the week. I’m a homebody and tend to keep to myself, and enjoy going out when the weather is nice. We’re located by Burke mountain, with access to 191 bus route a block away.
