Brie's room

Our 4 bedroom is located in Strawberry Vale— a neighbourhood we have lived in before and that we love. We’re on a quiet, dead end street with a gorgeous yard.

1 bedroom in the basement (with separate entrance if desired) for $800 plus utilities. Big, main floor bedroom $1100 plus split utilities.

If someone would like to rent both rooms (and use the other as a studio, treatment room, spare room, etc— rent is $1800 for both).

Please note that there is a studio in the back which will be finished renovations in the coming months, which will essentially function as a detached bedroom with a toilet/sink. Would love for one of the in-house roommates to move into the suite when it is complete.

I’m a 31 y/o single mother to my sweet (almost) 5 year old son, Sorrel. I’m looking for a roomie to join us in this 4 bedroom suite. The space is currently unfurnished, as we do not move until Jan 3 (furnishings in pictures are previous tenants) About us: Like most people, we moved here from Ontario. And we love it! I am studying acupuncture. I spend a ridiculous amount of time cooking and cleaning (very excited for a dishwasher). My interests (lately) are functional movement, polyvagul theory (total nerd about this) and plant medicine. Sorrel spends almost 40% of his time with his dad. He also goes to Nature School throughout the week. On his days out of nature school, we usually linger around the house for the first couple hours before heading to a beach or mom hang. We like slow mornings and quiet evenings. Hoping for someone who is: -into health and nutrition -a good communicator – willing to bring issues up as they arise -down for deep chats, but also lighthearted and playful -considerate of the needs of fellow housemates (I’m a sensitive lil soul!) -choose to live with intention -would like to have a good connection with both of us -doesn’t use toxic products -values having a cozy, well cared for space -also likes to have a clean kitchen every night! -aware of conscious and gentle parenting
