About the room
Looking for a female room mate to rent a bedroom in my three-bedroom townhouse. (One room is mine, the other is my office as I work from home)
Portable a/c in bedroom
New double bed in room with usb ports on headboard and drawers under bed.
Closet
Parking on street
No smoking or drugs (inside or outside), or excessive drinking
Must be responsible, tidy and respectful.
No pets allowed as I have two cats (you must like cats).
Bedroom is upstairs, but the basement area would be tenants
Laundry is in the basement.
Kitchen will be shared.
1 1/2 baths (downstairs 1/2 bath would be for tenant use, unless showering)
Very relaxed and easy going environment.
All utilities and internet included in rent
Very close to bus stops, Chinook Centre, Chinook C-Train, Glenmore Trail, Deerfoot Trail, Safeway, Sobeys, Downtown, Mt. Royal, Deerfoot Meadows, Quarry Park.
Beaver dam flats and pathways right outside the door.
Strip mall across the street with a convenience store, liquor store, pharmacy, medical clinic, restaurant and a few other places.
About the roomies
I am very easy going and friendly, love watching TV and pretty much keep to myself.
