The bedroom is 10’ x 10’, with one large closet, built-in shelving, and great natural lighting. It suits a double bed (though the previous roommate had a queen). South-facing balcony. Washer and dryer ensuite. Dishwasher. One full bath with the best soaker tub. There is another large closet in the foyer, and we have a storage locker. The building has a rooftop patio, with BBQs, a fully equipped gym, and a party room. Bike storage is available and parking may be purchased. Accessibility: The Building is fully accessible (except rooftop patio), with automatic doors, disability parking, elevators, and stair rails. Unit is standard accessibility, with no made accommodations. Unit is not allergy-friendly (dog/nuts/everything).

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗲: Hi y’all, I am Jacob, 31, queer, a Community Worker, and a student in Social Work. I have a beautiful dog named Athena (pictured). I enjoy spending time with those I am around and would appreciate having a roommate who is considerably open and social, but I am also a hermit at times and absolutely appreciate my space.
