About the room
This is a cozy home is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in 10 minute walk away from the Univeristy of Alberta. My friend and I currently live here and are looking to resign an annual lease for May 2025. We are looking for two female roommates who are preferably students and are neat, clean, and tidy!!
Rent is $525 no utilities included. Driveway parking is available. No smoking/ vaping Rooms are unfurnished
We are looking to find roommates for the main floor room and basement room. Basement room is a bit smaller but has a large space outside the room which would be the space of the basement tenant.
Move in day will be May 1st 2025.

My friend and I are 3rd year students at the U of A and both are from Calgary! If you are looking for accommodation for the next school year 2025/2026 please reach out!!! If you have a friend that you would like to live with that is great!
