Amenities: 2 Full kitchens and 3 full washrooms in-house. Kitchen and washroom comfortably shared between 5 people. Includes high speed Wi-Fi & utilities (electricity, heating and water) and coin laundry onsite.

Conditions: Each private room is for only 1 occupant. No pets. No smoking. 6 months commitment minimum. First and last required. Professional references, income verification, and employment verification.
