Unfurnished Bedroom - Shared bathroom (with guests that come over), shared kitchen, living room and laundry.

Condo building has a very nice gym onsite and a lounge area that has a ping pong table.

An outdoor parking stall is available if needed

I would prefer someone who does not smoke, or has a pet as I am allergic to some animals.

Condo is close to the Henday, and stores

Only myself living here! I’m a 27 year old, working female! I enjoy reading and watching netflix.

I don’t smoke and I drink on occasions. I am very clean and neat person, but won’t get upset if you leave a few dishes in the sink.

Looking to get a roommate to save some money.

My lease ends in July, so this would be until then.
