Beautiful neighbourhood close to mountains, marine park, and Port Moody Brewery District. 1 bedroom in shared garden suite with kitchen/living, bathroom, and two other renters. Laundry shared with the house. Utilities and internet included, street parking, private entrance separate from the main house.
We sometimes will have dogs visiting / staying with us but they are never in your space.
To SFU: 5 min drive or 10min walk to the 144 bus stop.
To downtown: 5min walk to 160 bus stop or 10min walk to B-line to downtown. 20-30min commute.
To Safeway and the Kensington square: 20min walk or 3min drive.
Bubble Tea Cafe and Hair salon at the end of the street (5min walk)
Wide selection of grocery markets and restaurants along the Hastings Sunrise district.
The house is split between upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs is where me, my mom, and my partner lives. Downstairs garden suites are 3 rental rooms sharing the kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is shared with the whole house. There will be two rooms up for grabs, this one is available on February 1st, the second (in another ad) is available on January 3rd.
