As a tenant, you’ll have access to our laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting dining room. In addition, you can have access to a private backyard - the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine.

Convenience is at your doorstep! With a TTC bus stop just steps away and to Leslie subway, you can easily explore the city, or travel to school or work. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, a walking clinic, and a hospital within short walking distance.

I want you to feel right at home, so all utilities, high-speed internet, and even air conditioning during the summer are included in the rent - no hidden fees or surprises.

If you’re a full-time student or working outside the home, this is the ideal place for you. We offer a minimum 12-month lease. We require references plus first and last month’s rent.

Parking on the driveway is also available for an additional $150 per month.
