Two Rooms in Townhouse - Blair and Oglivie
4 bedroom, 2 storey townhouse close to Blair train station. Looking to rent two bedrooms to female occupants. Including myself, the home will have three occupants. The rooms are on the second floor. Main floor kitchen and living room will be shared space. The second floor has a full bathroom and a 2-piece ensuite in the master bedroom, which I will occupy. There is also one parking spot available on the driveway. The bedrooms are unfurnished.
Dimensions of Bedrooms to Rent:
- 9.04 x 14.10
- 9.04 x 11.04
Rent will be $1100 a month for the larger room and $1000 a month for the smaller room. Rent will include utilities, including Wifi. If interested please contact me for more pictures.
About the roomies
There are currently two young professionals both female. I recently graduated from engineering and the other roomate is working at a law firm downtown.
