About the room
Availability 1st January 2025. I single working female been renting this two bedroom legal basement with separate mailbox from one year with my mom. The owner’s upstairs are small family so no disturbances downstairs. My mom is going back home india permanently. I am looking to find a roommate Preferably only one or two females (should be okay with non veg cooking in the kitchen) and clean people to share the rent. You will have separate room with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Utilities included in rent. Mattress, bed is available. Basement is fully furnished as I have been living in it for one year. $600 for one person or $400 for Per head.
About the roomies
I am clean person. I work days so by 9 I am in bed. I don’t drink, smoke. But we can share groceries and stuff and even cooking as it will make our lives easier.
