Hi, I’m looking for a new female roommate for the 1st of February.

The lease is for an unfurnished unit, though I already have all the furniture and necessities for the shared area. There are 2 bathrooms so you will have your own, which includes a shower and a toilet. My roommate is looking to sell his bedroom furniture, so you can move in without having to worry about refurnishing it.

About the utilities: the rent doesn’t include neither internet nor electricity (we share those at the beginning of every month), but the water is included. There’s a dryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher in the unit. There’s a concierge for the building and a tiny gym.
