Big spacious room for rent, two closets and across the apartment from my room. So alot of privacy. 50% hydro, wifi included. Very friendly and clean please be the same. One year contract then month to month after the year is done.

The apartment is under my name and I’m looking for help with the rent so I’m renting just the one room itself. I’m a quiet friendly guy, I’m introvert and literally live in my room. I also enjoy cooking, gaming, movies and chilling with partner. I mind my own business please also do the same. I keep the place very clean and open.
