Hi there! We are looking for a tenant for our big house available in January 2025. You would be on the 2nd floor with your own master bedroom. You would also have access to a patio/ backyard. We would share the 2nd level where the kitchen/dining room/living room are located. $1200 per month with all utilities included. Laundry days to be negotiated happily, our laundry is on the 1st level. Just looking for the right person. We are located at the cross of Weiler and Canora in Sidney, close to the Victoria Airport and Down Sidney. There is a bus stop just on Canora road, and parking available either in our driveway or right beside our place. Feel free to reach out anytime, if the ad is up we are still looking!
