We have one furnished bedroom and a separate bathroom that is available in a cozy two-bedroom two-bath apartment off of PTH Highway 59, with a lavish balcony, shared living room, and kitchen. Each flat/apartment has a dedicated furnace (adjustable heating) and cooling along with ensuite laundry.
Utilities: Only water and wifi are included in the rent, Hydro would be 50% of the total bill The security deposit is just over half of the rent, proof of income, and ID are required along with references and / or possible background checks.

We are an Indian couple that is new to Winnipeg and we are looking for someone to call this space their home too. We prefer single occupancy within the room and generally refrain from entertaining more than one individual in this room (Sorry, no couples or dual occupancy).
Our ideal roommate must be a full-time working professional who is respectful and quiet, someone who is responsible, helpful, clean like-minded and mindful of others within the shared space.
