This place is beautiful, spacious, full of light and plants, real fireplace, a small backyard with a deck and BBQ. The main floor is open living and dining plus kitchen, a master bedroom is on the second floor, and then two bedrooms share a bathroom on the top floor. Laundry, common bathroom, and storage in the basement. Cleanliness and tidiness is very important - kitchen counters wiped after use for the next person, shared household responsibilities (recycling/compost, dishwasher unloading, dusting, sweeping, etc.) Cigarettes are a no-go, but 420 friendly
YOU Professional, mature student, or generally chill and active person with experience in shared living arrangements & ideally not WFH full-time (just makes things easier that way)
Conscientiousness - thoughtfulness about others in the space and treads with a relatively light impact (not slamming drawers or doors, speakerphone convos with others in the room, etc.)

THE VIBE Shared home with your own space too. It works well because it’s spread out over multiple floors and when we’re on different schedules we’ll often not run into each other at all (but we’re a friendly shared household when we do) Roommates are mixed gender 30-40 something professionals (+student) that are pretty quiet at home. We work pretty hard during the week and prefer to leave the house when it’s time to let loose on the weekend. One is a hobbyist electronic musician, but that’s pretty quiet in the basement so no worries.
