This is an ad for a room in a 2bed2bath main floor suite in Montrose (NE Edmonton), all utilities included, 750/month. Move in jan 1. Female only, no drinking/drugs/ smoking/ partying allowed.

Private bathroom. Large kitchen and dining area. Fenced in yard, front and back. Pet friendly (if you’re a responsible owner). 1 dog/ 1 cat only. Not enough room for more, responsibly.

I’m looking for a friendly, easy to get along with female flatmate, who is likeminded, CLEAN, respectful, and responsible!
