About the room
A furnished room in a quiet neighborhood available immediately. The rent $1,000/month includes utilities and wifi. The washroom, kitchen and living room is shared.
It is 22 minutes walk to UFV-Abbotsford. It is very close to highway 1, McCallum Junction, city bus stop to/from UFV, and bus exchange to Chilliwack and Vancouver.
It is also a short drive to Abbotsford Regional Hospital and to the Abbotsford International Airport, including pilot schools.
Please do not bring big furniture as the room is fully furnished! Beddings shown in the picture are included if you want to use them. You just need to bring your clothes and personal belongings!
While we clean the washroom & supply it with toiletries, we expect you to clean after yourself.
There is gym in the garage which you can also use, if you wish.
About the roomies
The place is shared with the mom, dad and their young daughter. We prefer a female student attending UFV.
