I am looking for a student/ professional to share a 2 bedroom 1 bath FULLY furnished (except your room - room comes with a bed + dresser) ground suite in Mackenzie heights. The suite is about a 25 - 35 minute bus ride to the UBC Bus Loop/Campus or downtown Vancouver. The No. 2 bus stop is about 2 minutes away and it can take you downtown or to 41st Ave to take the R4 to either UBC or the nearest sky train stop.

Tenancy length: 4 to 16 month: start date flexible but ideally, January 2025

All UTILITIES are included in price.

Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly or party friendly household. Kitchen and Household appliances will be provided
