Martha's room

The Apartment is on a High Floor so you’ll have an amazing View. The room has it’s own bathroom, but you’ll share the living room and the kitchen. All utilities are included and a Washer and Dryer in the Apartment. On Top of that the building has a Hot Tube, Sauna, Pool and Gym. You will live in the heart of Downtown close to a Shopping mall, Gastown, Seabus, Skytrains and Restaurant.

Note: No Pets allowed and the decor change a bit since the Pictures were taken.

You’ll live with two sociable Roommates in their 20s. One Male (Jake, 27, Kiwi) and Me (Martha, 24, German). We have a good live together, we spend time together in the common areas and respect each others privacy. We’re clean, Outgoing and hope to find someone who fits into our nice apartment.
