I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment in North York. The room is available for $1,450/month, with utilities included. There’s also a $100 refundable key deposit. Move-in requires first and last month’s rent.
About the Space: Location: Just a 5-minute walk from Finch TTC Station.
Apartment: You’ll be sharing the apartment with me! It includes a shared bathroom, common areas, and a balcony. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer.
Room: The room is unfurnished, spacious enough for a queen bed and small desk, and includes a medium-sized closet for storage.
Building Amenities:
Gym Pool Sauna Theatre room Game room Communal workspace on the main floor 24/7 concierge and automated parcel storage
Costs: First and last month’s rent + $100 refundable key deposit.
About the roomies
I’m a woman in my mid-20s with a weekday work schedule from 2–9 PM, so I’m typically out during the day. My mornings usually start at the gym, and I prioritize keeping the apartment clean and organized. I value a peaceful and tidy living space and am looking for a roommate who shares these habits.
