I’ve already been living here and furnished it, and I’ve done a lot of work with the property management company to fix and improve things. I bought a dishwasher and extra freezer for the unit which we can share. The unit has a balcony. Laundry in the building on the same floor a few doors down. The property managers say they will come and redo the bathtub and tiles at some point.

Really convenient parking spot we can share with a schedule, or you can have it all to yourself for an extra $50 a month and I’ll just park on the street.

Comes with double/full size loft bed so the room feels even more spacious.

I have a candy machine you can eat candy from anytime for free. I also have a bunch of folding tables and chairs you can use to host lunch or dinner events or whatever.

Hi, my name’s Jared, I’m a non-smoker, rarely ever drink, have no pets and never will because I’m allergic. I work evenings and usually get home quite late. But I’m not home that much overall. I consider myself tidy and practical. I do have some physical disabilities/limitations but it shouldn’t get in the way of much. I work full-time at the Calgary Food Bank and enjoy hiking, going to the gym, and learning about other cultures, languages, religions, geography, etc.
