I am Looking for a responsible roommate to share my apartment!

Details: • Location: Bloor West Village & Baby point area. • Room: Spacious bedroom with a build in closet, a drawer, a window out the back and a bed as well as a desk to work on. • Rent: $1200/month includes all utilities, wifi, laundry facilities, all cleaning and laundry supplies, bed linens, towels, use of kitchen appliances, dish-ware, cookware and storage for dry goods, fridge and freezer space if needed. • Availability: January 1 or later • Lease Term: 3 months minimum and after month to month. $1.200 as deposit for last rent. • Please note: Single occupancy only.

The Apartment: • The Apartment is a 2 Bedroom. Each room is around 4 by 5 meter / around 208 square feet. The room to rent out is fully furnished. It comes with a queen bed, a small desc, benches, a build in closet as well as a six drawer dresser, laundry basket, and full length mirror. The shared spaces will be Kitchen, Living room and Bathroom. Please be aware that there will be a lot of interaction living in this space. I am working half the time from home and have a designated Area for that. The Apartment comes with a black Cat and friendly Neighbours. All utilities included (water, heat, gas, AC)! High-speed Internet included! there is Laundry in the basement. the Backyard is for all to enjoy but all bedrooms face the Backyard. Just be aware. • Our Neighbourhood is quite safe and very Family friendly. It is very well connected with bus lines on Jane str and Annette street and the Jane subway on Bloor str W is only a 10 min walk away or 3 bus stops. The grocery stores are in walking distance as well. Enjoy both Bloor West and Dundas West delis, cafes, & restaurants.

About Me: I’m a single mom and have my Kid every other week with me. I work as a freelance Artist half the week from home and the other out of the house, depending on my bookings.

I’m looking for someone who is self aware and independent, pet friendly (i have a cat), a non smoker and able to give or take constructive criticism when it comes to adjust our lives in this space towards another. this accommodation is ideal for both working professionals and students.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE SHARE ALL ROOMS like Kitchen, Living room and Bathroom. It is important for that we feel comfortable with each other.

As this accommodation is in a private residence, guests are required to respect rules such as no smoking, vaping or use of recreational drugs, visitors need to be introduced to keep a safe space, no pets and limited use of fragranced products.
