Queenel's room

Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to occupy a room in my 3bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and open to start a new lease starting January. The apartment is located in a walkable distance from Saint Marys University, Superstore, Sobeys, NSLC, as well as many bus options. There is no laundry in unit, but there is a laundromat that is located a 5 mins drive away. We pay for wifi and power and will be split amongst the roommates. A bit about myself: I graduated with a BA in Crim from SMU, and I am currently working as a server downtown as well as at a Safe House in Dartmouth. I enjoy cooking, working out, hanging out with friends, and going on walks.
