I’m looking for a new roommate (preferably women and/or from the LGBTQIA community) to join us between mid January and 1st February in a furnished room. Rent per month will be 1400 (wifi included) and pro-rated.

Utilities are about $30 a month.

This is a room to rent in a house/apartment (the house is made up of 3 independent flats). Photos 1-3 are of your bedroom.

The flat comes fully equipped.

1. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, blender, hob, crockery, etc.

2. The living room comes with sofa and television making it a very pleasant space to welcome friends!

3. There is a laundry room and a bathroom each with a toilet.

The available bedroom is furnished. There’s an IKEA mattress, blankets and pillows, bedside lamp and table, desk and chair, coat rack, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and mirror as well.

The window also faces south, so you get the morning sun even during the winters.

The surrounding area : Honestly, it’s a great location:

• 8min walk from the subway (Ossington) and 2 mins from the bus stop (63).
• 10min walk to the Christie subway
• 10min walk to KoreaTown, gym, shopping + grocery, coffee shops and restaurants.
• 5min walk to Fiesta Farms (grocery), 10min to Loblaws (grocery) and Home Hardware and 20mins to Walmart and No Frills at Dufferin Mall.

Christie Pits park is also close to the house (3min). There are events organised in this park, especially in summer.

With the metro, you’ll be downtown in 15 minutes max, and 10 minutes to Little Italy and Trinity Bellwoods (excellent areas) by bus.

Mariia and I (Greeshma) are two women in our 20s and early 30s. We keep to ourselves and occasionally have friends over. I also have a cat, so I hope you’re not allergic! He’s very shy and friendly, so he won’t bother you. Unfortunately, another pet would be difficult. He’s too skittish around other pets.
