I’m a 33-year-old woman who plans to travel for half the year (during the colder months). I teach at a university and value a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing living space. I’m open to either hiring regular cleaning services or creating a cleaning schedule that works for both of us. While I initially planned to live here alone, I recently decided to travel more frequently, and having a roommate makes more sense financially when I’m away for extended periods. I welcome people from all walks of life, but I’m especially drawn to those who appreciate a tidy and visually appealing environment—or at least won’t make things feel cluttered or unattractive.

The home has been equipped with care and attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality equipment, and the space includes a robot vacuum, a standard vacuum, a washer and dryer, a Nespresso coffee maker, and more. The house is fully furnished, except for the available bedroom, which is very spacious and currently used as a study. You will need to furnish the bedroom yourself.
