About the room
The room for rent is facing the street and has the most amount of sunlight, has a closet and huge mirrors. Shared bathroom, bathroom has shelf space and tub. Every space in the house has a lot of natural light. No pictures of the kitchen yet, but its very large, has natural light and fully equipped, you can use anything in the kitchen.
The address has good connectivity, we are by the queensway and have a bus stop right outside the house that takes you to runnymede station. 15 minutes walking from High Park.
The room for rent is in a apartment. The apartment is one of 4 in an apartment building in the Swansea area. Very quiet and private building, all the neighbors know each other. 10 minutes walking to the lake and the Humber river is crossing the street.
This is the most tranquil and quiet place I have lived in Canada.
About the roomies
My name is Vania. I am a 27 year old woman, full time worker. I’m pretty chill, very nerdy and tidy. I’m from Chile and speak english and spanish. I live with my cat Chiquitita, she’s very friendly and playful, not aggressive at all. Im mostly working and when not I like to relax in my house. I have been in Canada for 4 years and like meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures than mine.
