A beautiful spacious room on the 2nd floor is available to rent in an apartment in Niagara Falls, about 3 minutes walking to the University of Niagara Falls, the Oldtown and Niagara Falls City Council. The Niagara Falls Bus Terminal (for buses to Toronto, Brook University, Niagara College); Niagara Falls GO train and bus stations, Niagara Falls Public Library, Tim Hortons, Busy Bee, Niagara River, Grocery Stores, are all a few minutes away by foot (Postal code: L2E 2B4).

• The room has a queen size bed and mattress, bed linens and a walk-in closet. You’re free to bring additional items if needed. There’s a brand new shared kitchen, brand new flooring in the whole unit, free WiFi, free parking and a garden. The bathroom is also planned to be fully updated in the coming months.
• It’s for a young female working professional or student only. A couple could be considered in certain situations.
• Included: Hydro, free WiFi, free parking, heating and gas.
