Hi there, a room for one occupant on the 2nd floor is available to rent in a very spacious 2500ft house in Niagara Falls.

• The property is very conveniently located at only three minutes walking to the University of Niagara Falls, the Oldtown and Niagara Falls City Council. The Niagara Falls Bus Terminal (for buses to Toronto, Brook University, Niagara College); Niagara Falls GO Train and Bus Stations, Niagara Falls Public Library, Tim Hortons, Niagara River, Grocery Stores, are all a few minutes away by foot (Postal code - L2E 2B4 ON).
• This upstairs room has a queen size bed, a queen size mattress, bed linens and a walk-in closet. You’re free to bring additional items if needed. There’s a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, free WiFi, free parking, gardens, a patio, and two workspaces. You will enjoy the spacious living spaces, the big fully equiped kitchen, the deck and garden.
