Shannon's room

We are looking for one other person to share the house starting from January 1, 2025. We are looking for only one person, no couples or multiple people. This two-storey house is spacious and bright with shared areas including an open concept kitchen with a balcony, living room, and half bathroom on the first floor. The second floor includes 3 private bedrooms with a walk-in closet and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include washer, dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and high-speed internet (unlimited). Close to Nofrills, FreshCo, Stock Yards Village (50+ shops), York Recreation Centre (free community center with swimming pool) and many parks. 12 min to Allen Road, 10 min to 401, 15 min to 427, perfect location if you have to drive, parking available in the garage. Keele and Eglinton area, (TTC 24/7). There are currently two roommates who are professional, clean, quiet, and respectful. No partying or smoking.

Shannon is originally from Trinidad and Tobago and has been living in Canada for 10+ years. She works for a non-profit and from home 3 days a week. She’s quiet and respectful, but enjoys music, concerts, crafting, and reading. She also has a few allergies, including to some pets. As much as I love a cute pet, we can’t have them due to my allergies, sorry!

João is a Brazilian who moved to Toronto about 2 years ago, works with bicycles and is a big fan of sports in general, never missing a Sunday futebol game. Avid music listener and a bit of a tv enthusiast, almost always has a headphone over his ears. Appreciates cleanliness, organization and common sense but won’t ignore personal preferences and needs, if we are on the same page all is well!
