The house features two bedrooms, one large bathroom with a two sink vanity, full use of a large kitchen, large living room and washer and dryer. The home has a large deck on the north side and a private deck on the rear along with a three season sunroom to sit and enjoy the tranquility of nature and a view of Lake Huron. The home is situated approximately 2 1/2 km north of Goderich in a quiet adult only community minutes from the G2G trail for walking and biking plus a private beach for relaxing in the spring, summer and fall. The bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, large closet, a three drawer dresser and a large south facing window that lets in beautiful natural light. Heat, hydro, internet and a one car parking spot included. Will need first and last month rent before moving in.
