About the room

Just shy of master bedroom, spacious kitchen, quality bathroom. Office space at the front door which was used for DND, but will now be unused other than to get in and out. Multiple bus stops nearby (many leading to skytrain) shopping areas up and down the hill. I’m moving out because of an opportunity and need someone to fill my lease remainder (until september, and then you can renew) I’ll cover $200 of the January rent as well as help you move (I have a good SUV) if you’re able to move in for January :)

About the roomies

Only one other in the place, named Connor. He’s relaxed, clean, and respectful. Mostly out at the airport for his course, and always happy to hangout when he isn’t busy.
