The building has great amenities including a gym, movie theater, and a rooftop overlooking the lake with grills. Parking is available for an additional $200/month.

Unit Features: • Fully stocked kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer, blender) • Cozy living room with sectional sofa, coffee table, and plants • Unlimited high-speed internet

Room Features: • Furnished with a double bed, box spring, mattress, closet with full-length mirror, and a floor lamp • Also includes a 6-drawer dresser, a rug, hooks for clothes, and 3 sets of bed sheets—everything you need to feel super comfortable in this room!
