Must be okay with pets, I have two dogs and a cat, yes they shed and sometimes bark. They are friendly and stay upstairs with me. I am the home owner and occupy the top floor. I will consider someone or a couple with 1 dog. No cats please. If you want to be left alone, I am okay with that. If you want to be social that’s fine too.
