One good sized bright bedroom available in small but comfortable bungalow with two separate bedrooms (queen bed and dresser no issue I had a king in mine for a while), one bathroom and a comfortable footprint for sharing the space. Possibility to provide furnished bedroom with bed, dresser, desk and tv but will be slightly higher rent - to be discussed. As the house is furnished I am seeking someone who wants the room and to share access to common areas such as kitchen, laundry, yard. The kitchen is a good size and offers a lot of storage and there is a full unfinished basement. It’s an older home but I’ve been comfortable here and the yard is large and private. I am interested in finding a good fit more than anything else as I’m accustomed to living alone. It’s a great location close to town walkable within 10 minutes of most immediate amenities. Ideally looking for end of January or February. No couples or students. First and last months rent deposit required with application approval. Preference for similar age group and lifestyle. Must be cat friendly, clean, respectful and non substance non smoking. Proof of income and references will be requested. Great neighborhood quieter street access to parks and trails. Parking on street for one vehicle.
