The kitchen is a good size and offers a lot of storage and there is a full unfinished basement. It’s an older home but I’ve been comfortable here and the yard is large and private. I am interested in finding a good fit more than anything else as I’m accustomed to living alone. It’s a great location close to town walkable within less than 10 minutes of most immediate amenities. No couples or students. First and last months rent deposit required with rent agreement. Preference for similar age group and lifestyle. Must be cat friendly (no pets please), clean, respectful and non substance non smoking. Proof of income and references will be requested. Great neighborhood quieter street access to parks and trails. Parking 3 season on street for one vehicle and winter to be discussed.
