Hiii! We are looking for a new girl to rent a room in our home in the Annex starting Dec 1st.

Rent is $1020 per month plus utilities (50-60$).

You’ll be living with 5 other girls, the room is unfurnished.

There is also a friendly 1 year old cat living in the house.

Our home is a 7-minute walk to Dupont Station and 10 minutes to St. George Station. Closeby are also George Brown and Uoft, at about a 10-minute to each campus. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk!
