Updated, one room still available! Hi everyone! I am looking for a roommate to rent a room in my 3 bedroom 3 washroom apartment at Yonge and st Clair. The property is located steps to st Clair subway station as well as parks, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The apartment is large and has two levels. Each roommate will have a private bedroom on the upper level and we will share the common area on the lower level. I am looking for a single occupant. The apartment is furnished, the bedroom is not. It rents for $1250. The washrooms are shared. Parking is available for an additional $180 per month.

I am a 37 year old professional. I work in the evenings so I’m usually around during the day but out at night. My roommate is also a 37 year old professional male. He works at a restaurant and work both day and night shifts. I have a dog. She is very friendly and loves all people. She has gotten on great with all my past roommates. I am a very clean and considerate person and I am looking for a roommate who share these qualities. We all have to live together so let’s treat each other the way we want to be treated.
