Hi everyone! The ad is up for my brother!!
It’s a 2B 2B condo and he is renting out 2nd room where you’ll have your private bathroom, the condo is located 5 minutes away from king and queen subway station. It counts with gym, game room, patio, BBQ, parking, swimming pool, meeting room, study room. Your room comes with a full closet installed, mattress and the unit includes Laundry.
Available for single occupant only, first and last month are required to start. He’s looking for someone who’s respectful of the space and keeps the house hygienic at all times.
Room is available from 1st January and you can visit now :)
About the roomies
A little bit about my brother - He’s an IT developer and works for PWC. He’s a quiet, clean and organized guy who keeps to himself. He is a very fun and humorous person.
