I have a 1 bedroom condo in downtown which I’m willing to share at affordable price with amazing view and lots of amenities like gym, billiard room, pool, terrace, … and perfect location right next to College station. This place is a vibe and if you’re an artist you will enjoy it for sure. If you have a well behaved pet we can also talk about that. I have one free parking spot that I can rent it to you.

If you’re interested in visual art and music that’s a plus one because we can get along. I don’t think this place is suitable for you if you want to have gatherings and parties or friends over.

Note: The room is NOT private since I need half of the closet.
