Autumn's room

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom laneway house located near Burquitlam skytrain station. It is about a 20 minute bus ride from SFU and a 30 minute bus ride from Douglas college. It is close to restaurants, a grocery store, and a dollar store. The private bedroom comes fully furnished with a single bed, desk, and wardrobe. The appliances in the house include a washer, dryer, oven, stovetop, fridge and microwave. The shared area is a living room and kitchen. Because the room is currently vacant, an earlier move in date would be possible. The other tenant is female and would prefer the other roommate to be female or nonbinary.

Hi, my name is Autumn and I am in my mid/late 20s and am currently finishing up my kinesiology degree. I enjoy writing music, playing guitar and singing. I am pretty active and enjoy rock climbing and going to the gym. In my spare time I also enjoy socializing with roommates and occasionally having friends over on weekends.

I will be putting up more wall decorations in the house as it is currently a bit empty.
